Tilde is a sweet little shop and gallery space in Sellwood with a beautifully curated selection of treasures from small design companies and independent artists (currently featuring works from the lovely E.Soule, and soon showing posters from Dan Stiles). The space is warm, colorful and has a distinctly mid-century modern feel, and in the summer you'll often find the neighboring antique store's kitty napping on a chair in the window. The selection of earrings alone is enough to lure me in, and I always end up staying to browse the other treats (geode rings, terrariums, and letterpress cards? Yes please!). This Friday night, as with the last Friday of every month, Tilde is staying open late to host an artist reception; be sure to stop in and say hello!
