This tasty concoction is like a cup of warm green tea ice cream, one of my all-time favorite flavors. These little guys are simple to make with just a couple ingredients. You've got to spring for green tea powder, matcha... it's really the star of the show.
Gently heat 1 cup of milk (skim, whole, soy, almond: all will work). Combine half a teaspoon of matcha powder with a tiny bit of milk until it forms a paste, then gradually add the remaining milk. If you're using an unsweetened milk, you'll want to add a bit of sugar or honey to taste. And that's that! Yum.
